How to Delete Your Apex Fitness Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Apex Fitness account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the Apex Fitness app
- Go to the "You" tab
- Tap "Settings" (gear icon)
- Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
Send an email to support@apexfitness.ai from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your profile and account information
- All workout logs and exercise history
- All nutrition logs and meal plans
- All personal records and achievements
- All saved workout programs
- Your subscription (you will not be charged further)
This action cannot be undone. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What Happens to Your Subscription?
If you have an active subscription:
- Apple App Store: Your subscription will be cancelled. You will not be charged for future periods.
- Stripe (Web): Your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
Note: Apple may require you to also cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings to prevent future charges.
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- All personal data is queued for permanent deletion
- Data is fully purged from our systems within 30 days
- Backups containing your data are destroyed within 90 days
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained (no personal identifiers)
