Forgot password? — Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.
Can't log in? — Make sure you're using the correct email address. Check your spam folder for the verification email.
Delete my account — Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account, or visit apexfitness.ai/delete-account

Subscriptions & Billing

Cancel subscription (iOS) — Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Apex Fitness > Cancel
Cancel subscription (Web) — Settings > Subscription > Manage
Restore purchases (iOS) — Subscription page > "Restore Purchases" button
Refund request — Contact support@apexfitness.ai with your account email and transaction details

How are my macros calculated? — Using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with your biometrics and activity level.
Can I create custom workouts? — Yes! Use the Routine Builder or AI Workout Creator.
How does progressive overload tracking work? — Every logged set is tracked for weight and reps, and your E1RM is calculated over time.
